Who is "Khachapuri"
Authors of the project:
Katerina Drozdova

She is an author of the idea of Khachapuri and many other original ideas, in the café she is responsible for the purity of the concept. She is a person in whose hands applied marketing technologies turn out to be not a boring complex of means to achieve the set goals but a way of creation. Katerina is a master in development, PR and advertising in the lofty meaning of the words. She loves Georgia, likes lavash with tarragon drink most of all but it has not prevent her from opening gastropub "Ragu" (Ragout) in a London style with the French accent in the food.
Tatiana Melnikova

She is an author of the idea of Khachapuri and the strictest member of the team, this year she celebrates the 20th anniversary of her work in the restaurant business and has two other professions not related to catering. When institutes appeared in which people could study catering trade, she got offers to teach there. She is still managing using only her own experience. She loves Georgia, too, for tableful, tasty healthy food and great wine. She dreamt of opening a restaurant without sushi, arugula, Caesar salads and borschts. She is still sticking to it. Only kharcho and chakhokhbili are on the menu.
Egor Osipov

He is a sociologist by education but investor by avocation. In Khachapuri he counts money and waits for dividends. He had been engaged in bookmaking for 12 years but when his dear wife - Tatiana Melnikova - decided to open her own café, he reallocated his assets to the family business with pleasure. He is not sorry although he has put on weigh (10 kg) when tasting khinkali, khachapuri and other chikhirtma.
Managers:
Maxim Voznyakov

In Khachapuri he organizes the whole production process, gets from the owners what he deserves and transfers it to his subordinates. He is responsible for availability of Khachapuri, waiters, visitors and necessary documents. Some time he worked in a night club, since then he prefers a cafe which is open from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p. m. He loves his work and Khachapuri cafe so much that he has moved to a flat in the neighbouring riser blocks of flats. So he also can get in contact with his neighbours&
Natalia Matvienko

She works together with the director, managers, waiters, barmen, etc. If, for example, a cleaner is absent from work, the deputy director is to blame. Eloquently speaking, Natalia sells good mood. Frankly speaking, Natalia together with the managers and director fight so that nobody could see the front. What front? When Natasha smiles everyone gives in without a struggle.
"Make it tasty"

Cuisine is our everything. Thanks God for Georgia. The motto of Khachapuri is not to save on food! Our employees will not spoil the taste given by nature. Any dish - matsoni, chakhokhbili, shashlik or cheese - made by their careful hands are an example of clean favour and love to the job. Our dishes are made in accordance with Nonna-technologies and Nato-technologies. As concerns khachapuri and khinkali we have been taking the lead for a long time!
"Closer to people"

We wanted that the visitors could spend in the café all the time from morning till night with breaks only for work and sleep. Fortunately for us and our neighbours it is the case. Why? Because the guys in the hall and bar welcome everyone. When they say good-bye they are even more gracious. The visitors shall be good when they come and satisfied when they leave!
